Yoga requires you to contract or relax specific muscles as you stretch into each pose, but you must also stretch and relax your mind. Let go of the ego and open your mind.šš

The point about needing to stretch and relax your mind along with your muscles is so true; letting go of the ego is the hardest part of the practice for me. I'm going to use a grid maker to plan out my next session with a specific focus on that mental aspect.
It's a great reminder that yoga isn't just about stretching your muscles, but also about stretching and relaxing your mind to let go of the ego. The idea of opening your mind during practice is something I'm exploring more, and resources like SubtitleOps have been helpful for that.
