Camp Refund Policy states that once registered parents will only receive a partial refund if more than one week notice is given. This is in lieu of an admin fee. If more than one full month's notice is given prior to camp start date, child may transfer to another camp instead or receive 75% of their money back. If notice is given between 1-4 weeks prior to camp start date, child may transfer to another camp instead or parents can receive 50% of their money back. If notice is given less than one week prior to camp date, then there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Refunds are not given for last minute travel or if a child is sick. If Parents wish to "sell" their spot to another family to receive their full refund back, this can be done anytime prior to one week before camp start date, in which case parents can find another family to register who can contact us by email at shaktikidsyoga@gmail.com and will be given direct instructions on how to proceed.
