Pose For The Week: Cat/ Cows

Kneeling on the hands and knees, round the spine looking toward the belly

button into Cat Pose, drop the belly and lift the head and hips arching the back

into Cow pose. Inhale into Cow, exhale into Cat. Children can meow and moo as

they see fit! They can also be a Tiger by lifting the opposite hand and foot to balance.
