This week in teacher training was all about establishing self-care routines. 

Our first priority is our children. So often we give and give until we as parents, teachers and caregivers feel depleted and exhausted. So what is something super fast and simple that we can do differently to change this pattern?


Meditation doesn't have to be scary, time consuming, or complicated. It can be super simple, easy, effective and short!

We all get busy and sometimes we tell ourselves we don't have time to meditate. That's why I love this mediation. It's only 3 minutes long and works quickly and effectively to "tranquilize" the mind and get your mental space back to zero. Back to feeling peaceful and calm. It uses the breath, a mudra (hand gesture). Also you choose your own mantra so you can make it work for you!
