May Pose of the Month



To get Into Bow Pose

1.Lie on your stomach


2. Bend left knee up to your bottom, and reach back with your left hand to grab your left foot. 


3. Then bend your right knee up to your bottom and reach back with your right hand to grab your right foot this time.  


4.Take a big breath and lift your chest and thighs off the floor.

 

5. See if you can take three full breaths in this pose and slowly release your feet and rest on your stomach.
