Liz Shakti with Shakti Kids Yoga just announced 3 New Live Teacher Trainings to be held this summer in downtown Oakland's bright serene studio Barefoot Movement. Each training includes 15 hours of live teachings, individual, small and large group activities, plus 5 hours of assignments, observation and practicum. Students will learn tips and tricks to leading fun, creative, relaxing yoga classes for kids of all ages and for families.
