Spring Into Fun: A Kids Yoga Adventure!

Spring is finally here! The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, and it’s the perfect time to stretch, wiggle, and grow—just like nature does. Kids yoga is a wonderful way to celebrate the season while building strength, balance, and calm minds.


Why Spring Is Perfect for Kids Yoga


Spring is all about new beginnings. Trees grow fresh leaves, baby animals are born, and the days get brighter. In kids yoga, we can pretend to be all these amazing signs of spring!


As we know, yoga helps children:

Stand tall and strong like a tree growing in the warm sunshine. Stretch your branches (arms) up high and feel the spring breeze!


Butterfly Pose


Sit down, bring your feet together, and flap your knees like butterfly wings. Where will you fly this spring?


Cobra Pose


Lie on your tummy and gently lift your chest like a snake warming up on a sunny rock.


Flower Pose


Start small like a seed, curled up tight. Slowly “grow” into a blooming flower by standing tall and stretching your arms wide!
