Flying Fun: AcroYoga for Kids


AcroYoga is where yoga meets acrobatics—and for kids, it can feel like pure magic. Combining balance, strength, and trust, AcroYoga turns traditional yoga into a playful, cooperative experience


that kids love. Whether they’re flying through the air (with a spotter!) or learning to support a friend in a partner pose, kids get to build body awareness, confidence, and teamwork skills.
